Zhao graduated from Capital University of Physical Education and Sports, and currently serves as the chief technician of the VIP Clinic at Beijing Massage Hospital. He studied fine human anatomy and manual pain treatment under Dr. Zhu Guomiao. He has obtained international course certifications for SET (Suspension System), Maitland (Joint Mobilization), Mulligan (Dynamic Joint Mobilization), McKenzie (McKenzie Therapy), and visceral fascia relaxation. He has presided over one provincial and ministerial-level project, participated in one research project funded by the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and led multiple college-level research projects. As the deputy editor of Basic Techniques for Abdominal Dirtiness - Illustrated published by People's Medical Publishing House, he has also published numerous papers and articles. He is currently a Youth Member of the Foot and Ankle Rehabilitation Committee of the China Health Promotion Foundation, Registered Member of the UPTA (United Physical Therapy Association), Standing Committee Member of the Musculoskeletal Pain Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the ACRT (Association of Chinese Rehabilitation Therapists), Member of the Pain Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Beijing Rehabilitation Medical Association.
