Wang graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with a Master's Degree. He is currently the director of the Second Department of Tui Na at Beijing Massage Hospital and a key talent in the inheritance of national traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technical schools. He studied under Director Jin Yu'an of Huguo Temple Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and later became an apprentice to Professor Gu Zhishan, a reserve inheritor of the National Longsha Medical School. He is currently a member of the Expert Collaboration Group of the Five Elements and Six Qi Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine, a young member of the Five Elements and Six Qi Committee of the Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine, and a member of the Professional Committee of Appropriate Techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Beijing Association of the Integrating of Traditional and Western Medicine.
Guided by the theory of the Five Elements and Six Qi, Wang is skilled in treating indigestion, chronic gastritis, constipation, diarrhea, simple obesity, cough, insomnia, headache, dizziness, weakness, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, pain in the neck, shoulders, waist and legs, etc., through an integrated approach that combines traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture, with equal emphasis to acupuncture and moxa-moxibustion. He has participated in numerous research projects funded by the Beijing Natural Science Foundation and the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Project, and has published many papers. He has repeatedly promoted knowledge of TCM for health preservation through various channels such as CCTV's "Health Road" program, Sina.com, Guangming.com, "Public Health", and the hospital's Wechat official account.
