Li Pengfei, a Master’s graduate from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, has been recognized as an Outstanding Successor in the Second Session of the Senior Experts' Experience Inheritance Program. He is also the Inventor of the Hengbingyuan Acupuncture Needle and holds two national patents. He has led and contributed to numerous bureau-level and university-level research projects.

Li specializes in treating complex cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, knee and shoulder injuries, and other limb joint disorders using a five-pronged approach that integrates manual techniques, bone setting, acupressure, acupuncture, and rehabilitation training. He is adept in treating internal and gynecological conditions such as dizziness, headaches, insomnia, gastrointestinal dysfunction, frequent urination, menstrual irregularities, and mild depression caused by qi stagnation, blood stasis, cold accumulation, or qi and blood deficiency. He employs neurosensory stimulation therapy to address peripheral limb numbness resulting from nerve compression, and has conducted research on manual techniques to improve Tourette syndrome in children.
