Li is a third-generation inheritor of the Pressing and Manipulation Tui Na School. He currently serves as the director of the VIP Clinic and the Preventive Medicine Department of Beijing Massage Hospital. He is also an Associate Professor of Acupuncture and Tui Na at Binzhou Medical University, a National Mentor for the Academic Experience Inheritance Program of Renowned Veteran TCM Experts at Medical Massage Institutions for the Blind, the Deputy Director of the Fifth Youth Committee of the Tui Na Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a Standing Committee Member of the Fifth Tui Na Professional Committee of the Beijing Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Member of the Second Pain Professional Committee of the Beijing Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a Member of the Soft Tissue Pain Rehabilitation Medicine Expert Committee under the Soft Tissue Pain Branch of the Chinese Association for Research and Advancement of Chinese Medicine. He has received numerous honors, including the Outstanding Youth of the Central State Organs in 2002-2003, the Outstanding Professional Technician of the China Disabled Persons' Federation during the Ninth Five-Year Plan Period, the Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Period, and the Beijing Outstanding Physician of the Beijing Physicians Association (Sixth Session).
Specialties: Expertise in treating cervical spondylosis and massive lumbar disc herniation using the Pressing and Manipulation technique. He also manages various intractable pain conditions and complex disorders through a combination of Chinese herbal formulations and small needle knife therapy. He has led the Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine research projects—"Clinical Study on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Combined with Gluteal Tendon Joint Lesion Using the Shi's Muscle-Tendon Regulation Method" and "Research on the Origins and Development of the Pressing and Manipulation School."
